Hi, Ive been searching everywhere for a replacement rubber coupling sleeve as mine has been shredded. I haven't had much luck - a few generic possibles on the eBay in the UK. Ive emailed the Conqueror's after sales team in Queensland and they told me I have to replace the entire coupling. This can't be right.

On the Conqueror TV youtube channel they recommend packing spares for a big trip. Here are some photos. Can anyone help as Ive only got two weeks left before heading to the Gibb?

The camper is a UEV310

Hi uev310au

The part you seek is available in Australia - very cheap as well.

I have sent you a PM and email

Cheers

Anthony

Hi guys, if you're run into trouble, I have just upgraded my new 440 with electric brakes instead of overrides and replaced the coupling set up with a Trigg, so I have a few spares available, including the rubber boot.

If anyone else is interested, I have the override axle set ups that would make excellent spares.

Regards. Bucko

Thanks everyone! The offers of spare override parts is very tempting indeed. Special thanks to William the Conqueror who went above and beyond - ringing around and finding the part for me. Fingers crossed, we should now be sorted. Roughly how much did the electric brake conversion cost btw?

Conversion was about $1100 in parts, the dearest was the 12" brakes from CA. They use non standard bearings, hence the purchase through CA or carry out a lot of machining. Allan in the Brissy workshop was excellent and very helpful.
