Fitted sticky backed led strip lighting above each shelf with one common on off switch this is then tapped into the lighting circuit. All parts purchased at jaycar very simple and easy to do only drilled one hole through side wall of pantry then used an existing hole that must be for the blind cord on US models this allowed me to access the lighting wires. Will probably fit them in front box and the two rear compartments.
Cheers

Nice work Comjero. Can't have too much light.

When we had an external LED light installed over the pantry, this has now provided us with enough light for the pantry, as well as spread-lighting. I'll include a photo for reference. The light can be left "on" until we go to bed, and switched "off" from inside the pantry, but accessed from inside the camper. 20191108_184324 - Copy.jpg
