G'day Joe,
I look forward to following your trip across OZ. We intend to head across to WA from NSW/ACT in 2018 via the Great Central Road. Is this the road that you have chosen for the first leg heading east?

We haven't decided which way to come home, but it could be via Gary Junction Road and then the Plenty H'way then south through QLD, NSW to home.

Cheers Filbee56

We are going along the railway from Kalgoorlie, up to Plumridge Lakes, then the Connie Sue to Ilkurka. Then double back a bit and up to Warburton. Next accoss the Simpson, then onto Brizzy. Copy of The transport.png

Zambo, from your map it looks like you will be going across the Savannah Way west from Cairns . I am planning to go from Cairns to Darwin via the Savannah Way after travelling up from Brisbane to see the family in Cairns  in July. Will be spending time at Cobbold Gorge, Lawn Hill Gorge, Kakadu and places in between. So we might meet up somewhere.
