Basically you stand on the passanger side to attach the awning along that side but the section that covers the kitchen can only be attached if you have. A 2 step ladder as.you can not reach where it attaches. This is why I am looking at a batwing awning.

join the two awning together, TAZ is right get yourself a compact step ladder.

best drawing I could come up with,

Start the Velcro in the centre first (obviously with tent up) work your way outwards along the Velcro choose blue or green arrow direction, doesn't matter which is first, one at a time.

So basically always start at the middle point and work outwards

This is one youtube

I learnt a lot of set up ideas with this, however the awning they use is different, so won't help you on that side.....it's a good watch though.

Weight wise I had a lighter fabric awning made...still be safe if the sides of the camper are damp, falling, gravel and my fat A$$ don't mix.
